Ms. Bowen graduated in 2007 from The John Marshall Law School, now known as the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. Ms. Bowen is licensed to practice law in the states of Indiana and Illinois.

Throughout Ms. Bowen’s legal career, she has represented businesses, governmental and non-profit entities, and individuals in both transactional and litigation matters. Since 2013, Ms. Bowen has led her own private practice concentrating in the areas of corporate law, real estate law, estate planning, litigation, and family court mediation. In 2023, Ms. Bowen and her husband Dan relocated from Illinois to La Porte, Indiana with their two (2) minor children. As a resident of Indiana, Ms. Bowen now serves clients throughout Northwest Indiana, and has joined the esteemed Law Offices of Edward P. Graham, Ltd. as of counsel.

Ms. Bowen currently serves as the President of the La Porte County Election Board and as a Precinct Committeeman in La Porte County. Ms. Bowen volunteers with her children’s school and church community. Since 2008, Ms. Bowen has volunteered with the Les Turner ALS Foundation, leading her dedicated team to raise over $225,000 for the Foundation.
