I’ve known Ed for almost 20 years. I met Ed through the Knights of Columbus, and while serving as an officer of the Council with Ed, he organized a Christmas Event which benefits many mentally-handicapped organizations. Since the start of this event, thousands have been donated. I recently engaged Ed’s services when I formed my own consulting firm. Ed reviewed my non-compete agreement along with providing advice on the firm structure. In discussing the various structures, Ed highlighted the pros and cons of each structure.
